How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your stored Meta data, email [email protected] with the subject line "AnalyticsPH Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

• your full name;
• the Meta account, business, Page, or ad account context connected to AnalyticsPH;
• the email address or contact method we can use to verify and confirm the request;
• a short description of the data you want deleted.

What We Delete

After a verified request, AnalyticsPH will delete or de-identify stored Meta access tokens, connected asset records, ad insights snapshots, Page engagement snapshots, and sync history associated with the requesting user, unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Deleting stored data does not delete data from Meta itself. To manage or revoke app access on Meta, use your Meta account settings.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and complete verified deletion requests as quickly as practical. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you using the details you provide.
